alvöru clothing llc takes great pride in providing a superior shopping experience, outstanding customer service and excellent product. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges on apparel items within 14 days from the date of shipment and in new, unused condition with all original packaging. Please note that items purchased on sale, with a promotion code or with store credit will be returned as store credit only and not be eligible for a refund. Please refer to promotion disclaimers for the terms of each offer.
All apparel items must be returned clean, unwashed, and unworn with original packaging and all original tags attached.
Due to Government Regulations, we cannot accept returns on used bedding products. We can only accept returns on bedding if they are unwashed and in the original packaging with all tags. We are unable to accept returns for all bedding items that has been removed from original packaging. Exchanges can be made in the case of manufacturer’s defects. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for return information in the event of manufacturer’s defects.
*By law, there are restrictions on the return of some sleepwear garments. Any garment containing a crotch cannot be returned once they have been removed from their package. They cannot be returned since they may have been tried on and/or worn. Special orders, custom orders or special sale items can only be exchanged for other merchandise. These items are non-refundable unless defective in workmanship.

Shipping charges will not be refunded. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
A credit will be issued as soon as we receive your return. Refunds for items returned within 14 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. Refunds for items returned more than 14 days after the purchase date will be in the form of a store credit only and will not be eligible for a refund.

USPS Flat Rate Shipping of $10 applies for orders to U.S. Zip Codes and $25 to select international.
Arrives within 7 – 10 business days. Orders are not shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
